Terms and conditions of use

Accessing and using the website www.inkfinity.ro implies your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions mentioned below. To avoid any misunderstandings, we recommend reading them before using the site and placing an order.

1.    PRODUCTS

The products sold on the website www.inkfinity.ro are delivered from stock or are made based on placed orders.

The presentation images on the site aim to faithfully reproduce the final product. However, please note that due to various reasons, the colors you see on your monitor may differ from the actual colors of the products or the print on them.

2.    AUTHENTICATION

To place an order on the site, you need to create a customer account or log in to an existing one.

Registering a new account is very quick and requires filling in three fields (Name, email address, password).

3.    ORDERS

After selecting the desired product(s) and choosing the attributes (model, size, color, quantity), click the "Add to Cart" button. The Cart section is located in the upper right corner or in the left bar and can be viewed throughout the navigation.

Finalize the order by filling in your personal details in the marked fields. There is no minimum order requirement.

All orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) by 8:00 AM will be processed the same day. After placing the order, you will receive an email requesting confirmation of the order. If the order is placed after 8:00 AM on a business day, it will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Ordered products will be sent to the courier only after receiving your order confirmation.

4.    DELIVERY

Not all products on the site are in local stock, so some may be delivered in 2-3 days if they are in local stock, and 3-4 days for products marked with quick delivery, whether they are in local stock or not. Standard products will be delivered within 5-6 business days. If an ordered product is in internal stock and can be delivered earlier, you will be contacted for delivery confirmation.

5.    RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If the purchased product has visible defects, it can be returned within 15 days from the client account, more exactly order history.

By Courier – when the courier delivers the new product, you must return the initially ordered one.

Courier fees for exchanging products are 20 lei for Bucharest and 25 lei for the rest of the country.

Personalized products cannot be returned, as they are made according to the client's requirements and therefore cannot be resold.

For products on PROMOTION (purchased at a reduced price compared to the normal price), exchanging for a different size than the one purchased may incur additional costs, representing the difference between the full price of the product and the price paid by the client if the desired size for exchange is not also on PROMOTION.

6.    CONFIDENTIALITY

We are committed to carefully using your personal data and not providing it to third parties.

7.    RESPONSIBILITY

According to current legislation, the store is not responsible for:

1.    Delays in delivery caused by the supplier, courier, or other reasons (providing incorrect delivery data by the client, not confirming the order in time).

2.    Damages, destructions, or losses occurring during transport to the recipient.

3.    Inconveniences caused by the interruption of access to the store due to the internet service provider.

8.    FINAL PROVISIONS

We reserve the right to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any changes to the site, without prior notice to users.
