General Conditions for Order Cancellation
1. Cancellation Period
Orders can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of placing them, provided the products have not been shipped.
2. Orders Shipped
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please refer to our returns policy to return unwanted products.
3. Cancellation Procedure
Online Cancellation: To cancel an order, customers must access their account on the Inkfinity website, select the order they wish to cancel and follow the cancellation instructions.
Direct Contact: Alternatively, customers can contact our customer support team at email address published on the bottom of each page or by phone, published on the bottom of each page as well, to request order cancellation. Please provide your order number and details of the products ordered.
4. Confirmation of Cancellation
Once the cancellation has been processed, customers will receive an email confirmation. If the cancellation was made before the order was shipped, the amount paid will be refunded in full to the account used for payment within 7 working days.
5. Exceptions and Restrictions
Customized Products: Cancellation of orders for customized or made-to-order products is not possible after the production process has started.
Promotional Products: In the case of certain promotions, cancellation conditions may vary. Please see the terms and conditions of that promotion.
6. Changes to the Policy
Inkfinity reserves the right to change this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
