Information You Provide

The purpose of data collection is: concluding and executing the contract, financial-accounting recordkeeping, issuing invoices, debt collection, marketing, and advertising products and services offered by INKFINITY SRL.

You are thus given the opportunity to provide your personal data, including name, surname, home address, email address, phone number, which are necessary for the valid conclusion of the online contract to benefit from the services offered by Inkfinity. Your refusal to provide any of the requested personal data will result in the non-conclusion of the contract and, consequently, the impossibility for you to benefit from the services or products offered on the Website.

The recorded information is intended for use by Inkfinity and is not disclosed to any third party, except where requested by public authorities for the prevention, investigation, and suppression of offenses; authorities in law for checking commercial transactions or other authorities in law for performing any justified checks under the law; in the case of domain registrations.

  • •    Packeta (one of our partners handling the delivery of ordered products/services)
  • •    Accounting firm (for invoice processing)
  • •    Our partner handling the sending of newsletters to inform you about possible news, promotions, or offers.

We only work with processing partners who are able to provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
